About the Role:
You will be handling the entire Andhara pradesh,Telangana,Karnataka and Goa locations MIS related activity based at Chennai location ,would be reporting to Trade Marketing Manager based at Chennai Regional office.

Main Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities

Providing accurate and timely MIS reports to the Sales Managers as well as the Head Office.

Preparation of weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual performance reports for the area.

Plan & develop new information / reporting system & formats based on the company requirements

Ensure the accurate flow of information & data.

Prepare variance reports such as Forecast vs. Actual sales / Competitor activity report / incentives

Design & manage information system that allows managers to have fast and easy access to the information

Who we are looking for:
Minimum Graduate with MIS experience 4-5 Years.

Candidate from FMCG/ Food Industry Industry will be added advantage.

Should have sound knowledge on MS. Office, MS. PowerPoint, MS Excel.

Should be able to maintain sales related data.

Candidate should know English and Hindi Mandatory ,Telugu ,Kannada known will be added advantage
