Department Description
The HRIS function provides systems support and configuration services to the Fidelity International business, globally, which include the development and operational management of business applications that underpin our service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. The HR systems team work collaboratively across various geographic locations to maintain and enhance in-house developed application and vendor provided products.
Purpose of the Role
To support the HRIS team with day-to-day system administration. This will include monitoring and processing employee queries and assisting in regular product activities such as upgrades, deployments and supporting key HRIS events. This role will support Learning Service Now cases and incidents, partnering with the Learning Service Delivery lead to meet service level agreements and improve the employee experience of Learning services.
We require the person occupying this role to understand how to use the majority of functionality for Cornerstone to address employee queries, support releases, update back end tables as required, but most importantly, provide a high level of end user support. You will also be join support calls with the vendor and user groups to understand upcoming platform enhancements, support requirements and update training and collateral for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Support of system administration tasks across several HRIS systems
To participate and provide support for the annual compliance learning roll out
Run daily checks to ensure integrations are running and no rejects have been identified
Monitor SNOW, ensuring tickets are addressed within standard SLA’s
Monitor group mailboxes
Identify and escalate issues / risks to the Service Deliver Manager as required
Provide support to end users, including 1:1 support as required for new joiners
Document and review end user guides
Support project teams to provide first level of business UAT testing on standard functionality deliverables
Provide backup and additional support to the HRIS Assistant Manager
Support the contined improvement of management information and reporting.
Experience, Qualifications & Skill Set
Experience in Learning system Cornerstone would be preferable.
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adhere to tight timescales
Ability to prioritise and deal with many issues at once
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including data analysis/manipulation in MS Excel
Ability to analyse data and present back
Ability to work both individually and collaborate as part of a team
Positive ‘Can do’ approach and eager to solve problems
