FireEye, Inc. Hiring for SOX/Internal Audit – Internal Auditor at Bengaluru, India Full Time

The Internal Auditor supports Audit team members in testing and documenting the audit work papers. This level is expected to perform controls testing as per test plans developed by the Audit team and supports the Audit team in administrative activities. The Internal Auditor is expected to understand the basic principles of Internal Audit and controls testing. Responsibilities § Review internal policies, procedures to determine compliance and the adequacy of underlying internal controls § Assist with SOX and internal audit controls testing § Assist with walkthroughs and independently testing of the design and operating effectiveness of key SOX and IFC controls § Documentation of SOX/IFC testing and testing results in accordance with established regulatory and auditing standards (PCAOB auditing standards/ Companies Act 2013), § Assist with evaluation of control deficiencies and provide practical recommendations for remediation § Assist with drafting of audit reports § Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, Engineering § Minimum of 4-5 years of Audit experience § CIA or CISA is plus. § Knowledge of flow chart design and process improvements, § Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint for SOX control testing and reporting, § Ability to exercise professional skepticism and judgement while evaluating risks and controls, § Detail-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities, § Excellent verbal and written communication skills, § Ability to effectively interact with internal/external customers and work well within a collaborative team environment.
