Position: Digital Marketing ExecutiveResponsible to:Plan and Implement digital marketing activities across a range of channels. Focus on across platform digital advertising, e – marketing & Website Development.We are very excited to be in the position to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join ourgrowing Digital department. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute all web, email, social media platforms and develop and manage all digital campaigns. Contribute and then oversee the social media strategy for clients, Including the development and management of engaging content , which will be evidenced in the weekly & monthly reporting of all activity. Liaise with our creative team to help improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the brand & corporate websites. Coordinate and take responsibility for strategy planning and budgetary control of all digital Marketing activity. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess againstgoals (ROI and KPIs). Including financial reporting of campaign spend against budgets for clients. Identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance based on the insights. An innate grasp of commercial value and ability to measure the success or failure of a project. Contribute ideas to continually review and assess processes and performance. A dedication to the discovery and utilisation of the latest tools & techniques in digital marketing. An ‘always – be testing’ mentality with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation. Strong knowledge and proven experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads & LinekdIn Ads Google Analytics and other analytical tools, identifying key metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategy. Undertake competitor and market analysis to gather opportunities and inform strategic directionEssential Criteria: At least 1 year experience in an Advertising Agency in a similar role within a fast paced industry, preferably advertising Demonstrable previous experience of creating and executing social media marketing campaigns and online PR Ability to work as part of a team & autonomously Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload Superb understanding of organic search and the wider digital environment Problem solving skills, including the ability to manage conflicting work demands Demonstrable attention to detail Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines Must be very hands on with a highly proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitudeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
