Job Description

We are a nine years young experiential marketing company and are looking for a smart and passionate Sales Coordinator with 3-5 years of working in the event/mice/exhibition industry.Job Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Manage the yearly calendar of events/exhibitions
• Get/manage and work upon the database for the same
• Be the single contact point for Business/Sales Teams
• Need to update about leads/projects/NBD activities in the system
• Ensuring timely action on inquiry / business opportunity is being taken.
• Ensuring profitability as well as ensuring price is worked upon for converting more clients
• Maintain daily dashboards and reports with proper comments / actionables to be taken
• Do cold callings to fix meeting for the business team
• Run social media campaigns for the company
• Generate leads through social media campaign
• Ensure website is updated with latest projects/happenings
• Ensure social media pages are created and updated frequently
• Brief creative team and develop creatives to be sent out to prospects/clients
• Do sms/email campaign for prospecting
• Maintain a track record of the effectiveness of every sales activity/campaign and calculate ROI
• Ensure company credentials are updated frequently
• Ensure proper data management of all event/exhibitions is done. Securely transfer and save data for every project within the stipulated time. Only on demand release this data to the business teams
• Assist the business team to bring new customers onboard and maximise the revenues
• Handling all customer service related challenges and & escalations
• Coordinate with the operations team and ensure project timelines are met
• Will be a part of the Business Team
• Should possess excellent written and spoken communications skills
• Should be good in MS Office especially in excel and powerpoint
• Should have handled social media campaigns
• Check online tenders and discuss with the Business Team
• Prepare documentation for tenders with support from finance team
• Attend pre bid meetings to understand the requirements
• Attend and bid opening meetings
• Talk to tenderers for queries if any and see to it that successful tender submission happens

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
