Job specification

Required (Must Have) skills:

Handling day to day operations for multiple warehouse locations.

Manage the overall PAN India Operations – 80+ Fulfillment Centers

Analyze the current infrastructure constraints & current Business Model & remove bottlenecks

Continuous cost management and optimization to ensure most cost-effective operations.

Ensure SOP Adherence / Governance.

Identifying best practices and planning process improvements to meet to improve service levels and inventory turnover ratio.

Ensuring Warehouse Order Management & Inventory Management.

Designing dash boards & Templates to quantify operational KPIs (CSL / DSL/ OTIF ) & Periodically review & modify.

Desired (Good to have) skills:

8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and supply chain operations.

Strong analytical skills – ability to crunch numbers and analyse data and derive meaningful insights.

Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. Any South Indian Language will be an advantage.

Excellent customer orientation and operations management / negotiation and influencing skills/ planning & organizational skills.
