Job Description:

Manager Operations – ( Franchisee stores )

• Operate and manage franchisee business for south2 region
• Should have relevant experience of managing franchisee stores and team of area manager and deputy manager reporting to him
• Should understand franchisee operations and profitability
• Effectively lead a team of managers to drive targets of both primary and secondary for the region
• Effectively lead a team of manager to drive ROI for the franchisee
• To ensure good franchisee relations and support to the franchisee in driving business
• To ensure region grows on l2l basis
• To ensure all SOP and process are adhered in franchisee stores.
• On-boarding of new franchisee with relevant support and hand-holding them for few months
• Target and business planning for financial year and quarterly basis for the region.
• To review targets and have a strategic plan for overcoming deficits in targets.
• To review team on consistent basis ( daily, weekly and monthly )
• To ensure team building and motivate the team to achieve company goals.
• Should be highly optimistic, have good communication and inter personal relation with team and franchisee
• Should be goal oriented and number driven
• Should have good analytical and evaluation skills.
• Should be good at excel
• Should have fair knowledge of merchandise and stock planning for franchisee stores
