• Understanding of all key Digital Marketing metrics and drivers
• Strong Analytical & Communication (Verbal, Written) Skills
• Result Orientation, Problem solving abilities
• MS Office (Excel & Power point) proficiency
• Background in Digital Marketing Agency, Digital Ad Sales and preferably Key Account Management
• Candidate with strong agency & client network contacts will be preferred
• Self-driven, displays initiative agility to learn & work effectively autonomously as well as part of team

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monetise FirstCry Parenting platform.
• Identifying brands or targeting agencies who have brands that have synergies for partnership with FirstCry Parenting.
• Building and maintaining a Brand & Revenue Pipeline with Advertisers, Ad Networks/Ad Agencies to ensure consistent revenue and grow overall platform revenue.
• Creating Innovations & identifying events & properties that can be used to increase revenue extraction from existing brands.
• Meeting Monthly Revenue Targets.
• Developing preferred partnership with top digital advertisers through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals.
