1. Required (Must Have) skills:

• Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly.

• Ability to clearly understand and state the customer’s issue’s.
• Quick decision maker.
• Fast Learner.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with leaders.
• Team player.
• Result Oriented & able to deliver within time-lines.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Computer Knowledge is must.
• Must have, basic computer knowledge (Basic excel and Ms-word) With Typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm.
• Hiring for both the process (Mails and calls).
• For email process we requiring good written communication skills and good typing speed.
• Apart from salary Incentives are also there on monthly basis.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate, Post Graduate and Diploma Holder can apply for the same.

Candidates who are in last semester of their graduation can apply.

Candidates who are pursuing their graduation or post graduation from distance learning can also apply for the same.

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

But Those who are pursuing their graduation on semester basis can not be considered.
