We have an urgent opening for Senior Executive-EXIM Logistics for Brainbees Solutions Private Limited (Firstcry.com) for Pune location.

Mandatory skills: Good communication, Microsoft excel, HS code classification, HTS, INCOTERM Import-Export Logistics Movement, Import and Export documentation, customs’ compliance, Certification like BIS, WPC, P&Q, A&Q etc. , market research.

Specification: 60%+ throughout educational career.

Work from home (Office/Home/Hybrid): Initially hybrid, later on office.

Salary: Upto 8 lpa (Fixed) depending on performance in the interview

JOB ROLE –

The incumbent will work in close coordination with inter and outer departmental as well as external team like sourcing team, warehouse team, IT team, finance team and external service providers like freight forwarder, CHA, transporter etc.

Ensuring proper implementation of Import and Export Supply Chain and logistics solutions for smooth workflow.

Aligning service standards with the service providers like freight forwarder, CHA, Transporter with adherence to the compliance and company governance.

To ensure daily monitoring of the execution team and report to the reporting authority on daily basis with resolution of any instances occurs within the supply chain.

Responsible for complete inbound and outbound Import logistics movement of inventory/stock.

To communicate with the related government/ labs/ non-government authorities for understanding necessary licenses/ sanctions

To make the processes more efficient and deliver results by decreasing both time and cost To maintain the existing network and manage the supply chain, ensuring timely distribution of the merchandise

To cordinate and maintain collabrative and productive relations with buying teams in different countries.

To prepare Pre shipment & Post shipment documents along with to ensure closure of all Post shipment formalities

To coordinate with WH for dispatch of material. Knowledge of warehouse operations would be an added plus

To timely escalate shipment issues to concerned SPOC within and outside teams

To keep the buyers and relevant people updated on the shipmnet status along with logistics cost reports and metrices to Finance team on regular basis.

HS codes review and mapping For Apparel & Non Apparel Products

Hands on experience in trading goods in middle east is preferred Ability to work under high pressure scenarios
