Full Job Description
· Managing end to end employee life cycle starting from recruitment till separation· Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes· Managing all administrative tasks including onboarding, Issue of system, Biometric Access, Visiting card, ID cards & CUG Sim, Employee documentation & records maintenance, salary account opening, and help organize training & development initiatives etc· Managing Separation process including Exit formalities, retrieval of system, id card, CUG Sim etc from respective employees during exit· Ensure ISO27001, SOC-2, Labour compliance of HR & Admin as per applicable labour laws & requirement· Courier management – Related to HR only· Handling Petty cash, Cost Management, Stationary procurement & consumption monitoring· Housekeeping, Pantry operation (tea/coffee etc) & catering service, Infrastructure & Inventory maintenance & Management· Vendor management and Coordination with vendors· Responsible for AMCs of office assets & Safety Management· Arranging Employee Engagement Event like festivals & birthday celebrationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
