Over all 5 -7 years of manual testing work experience which includes minimum 2 to 3 years of automation testing (dual role of manual and automation tester).
Banking domain experience is a must.
Expertise in functional as well as automation testing using either JavaScript, Python or any other scripting languages.
Experience in Selenium, JMeter is preferable.
Experience of troubleshooting issues end to end.
Unix Knowledge of all basic commands
Experience of Agile based projects.
Knowledge of test management tools and systems – such as JIRA, TFS, Rally, Confluence, TestRail, etc.
Ability to review and analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
Ability to report and document issues.
Experience in executing test cases and analyze results.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Hands on knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing.
Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner.
Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
Experience in working in a distributed global environment.
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
Ability to deliver results under work pressure.
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Willingness to shares relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
Required Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline.
