• Over all 5 -7 years of manual testing work experience which includes minimum 2 to 3 years of automation testing (dual role of manual and automation tester).

• Banking domain experience is a must.

• Expertise in functional as well as automation testing using either JavaScript, Python or any other scripting languages.

• Experience in Selenium, JMeter is preferable.

• Experience of troubleshooting issues end to end.

• Unix Knowledge of all basic commands

• Experience of Agile based projects.

• Knowledge of test management tools and systems – such as JIRA, TFS, Rally, Confluence, TestRail, etc.

• Ability to review and analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.

• Ability to report and document issues.

• Experience in executing test cases and analyze results.

• Report bugs and errors to development teams.

• Hands on knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

• Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing.

• Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner.

• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies.

• Experience in working in a distributed global environment.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.

• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.

• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.

• Ability to deliver results under work pressure.

• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

• Willingness to shares relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.

• Required Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline.
