Demonstrate technical and managerial leadership and develop innovative solutions to complex problems and critical issues

· Able to perform the role of techno functional manager which requires overall management of technical and delivery aspects in the project

· Results-oriented team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance and takes absolute ownership of all technical and product related details

· Mentor, coach and guide the team

· Required to be independent, team oriented, dynamic and highly motivated. Should thrive in fast-paced and high volume work environment

· Required to have the exposure of Agile development practices

· Should have leadership experience and managed technical teams and delivered solutions

· Exposure to represent in senior leadership reviews

· Experience of managing client partners and end customers

· Exposure to release and capacity management

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels
