What does a Archer Developer will do at fiserv?

Archer Developer who can define and analyze documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems. Conduct analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of Archer applications. Proposes innovative, creative technology solutions. Contributes to the achievement of related teams’ objectives.

ServiceNow/Salesforce experience will suffice

What you will do:

• Responsible for the development, administration and support of the RSA Archer eGRC Platform.

• Responsible for all aspects of Archer solutions development including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc.

• Responsible for setting up data connectors with enterprise tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, etc.

• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign.

• Responsible for setting up control standards library content and mappings with custom content pack.

• Participates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the RSA Archer eGRC platform to meet client business needs.

• Work with business/technical partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions.

• Produce a detailed functional design document to match client’s requirements/expectations.

• Responsible for day-to-day end user application support and problem solving.

• Well versed with Archer GRC core application and building on demand applications, Questionnaire.

• Good knowledge in access control module throughout all the levels of access.

• Configuring all kind of notifications in archer and troubleshoot.

• Good exposure with all kind of data feed logics mostly archer to archer, DB query transporter and file transporter feed.

• Experienced with all kind of iView configurations, putting it in dashboard, workspace and troubleshoot directly with business.

• Experience in Archer Installation and upgrade is a plus.

• Working directly with users for their issues and supporting their applications on regular basis along with the existing development and enhancement.

• Should be well versed with new archer 6.x features.

• Need to involve in Archer backend tasks – good exposure with Archer Control Panel, archer server architecture, RSA Archer services, archer jobs, Log Path, Archer search Index.

• Should be well versed with troubleshooting archer issues by checking the archer logs.

• Knowledge and configuration experience of data publication is a plus.
