What does an BA do at Fiserv?

As an experienced member of our Core banking Base Development Group you will own & lead Business/requirement analysis and functional designing of our NextGen transformation project.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for requirement analysis and functional designing of user stories.

• Quickly understand the product and work towards improving the domain/product knowledge of the team.

• Resolve the functional queries of the team

• Will work closely with Dev/QA Team, Tech Pub team, Senior Architects and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC

What You Will Need to Have:

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.

• Should have strong domain knowledge in the Retail banking. Digital banking experience is an added advantage.

• Should have hands-on experience on using the core banking products in a large bank.

• Should have understanding of BDD framework and ability to convert the User Stories to Gherkin Feature Files

• Should have very good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Software development is plus.

• Experience in working in a Retail Bank is mandatory.

What Would Be Great to Have:

Signature product experience would be highly preferred
