The job responsibilities include:

· Manage the customer interactions and related service/repairs end-to-end for assigned cases

· Manage end-to-end insurance claim process right from documentation, claim filing, survey to final invoicing

· Lead the complete process right from job card creation to finalization of scope of work to final delivery

· Own the complete customer journey and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

· Deal with floor team for timely completion of work

· Work with overall workshop team and follow all defined processes
