Eligibility: 2 to 3 Years in Medical Billing as Payment Poster

Location: Coimbatore – Local candidates preferred.

• Industry – Medical Billing
• Domian – US Healthcare
• Working Days – 5 Days (Fixed weekend off)
• Process – Payment Posting

Skills:

• Posting of all patients, insurance and $0 payments
• Identify accounts that need to be refunded
• Run and analyze balancing report to ensure accurate posting
• Sound knowledge in understanding the payer specific denial reason codes
• Ability to submit secondary insurance claims electronically and prepare paper secondary claims with primary EOB
• Knowledge in sending patient statements

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office; particularly in Excel
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrates an independent work initiative, sound judgment and strong work ethic.
• Works cooperatively in a team atmosphere
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
