As an Executive he/she should have a sound understanding of Catalog Operations – Attributes/Images of the catalog. He/She should be very proactive in performing various tasks assigned to them. He/She should have collaborative skills and also should be well versed with the Category knowledge.

Duties also include the following :

• Perform various Audits / Quality Checks for all the vendors and Inhouse verticals.
• Close all the Seller Escalation Tickets and provide clarification on the queries.
• Collaborate with the vendors and assist them in clarifying the data.
• Perform Ad-Hoc request tasks, Tickets from Category and other internal teams and resolve them within a Specific TAT.
• Adapt to changes in the processes from time to time and willing to stretch if business requirements are such.

Key Competencies:

• He/she must also portray good leadership abilities and ability to think out of the box.
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, maintain timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders and drive end to end closure of any open tasks.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Knowledge on e-commerce catalog platforms is a plus.

Desired background

• Should have 0-2 years of work experience in Cataloging.

• Knowledge & experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Demonstrate a flexible approach to changes in the working practices and procedures.
• Good understanding of competitor websites having a proactive approach to improve the accuracy and health of the catalog.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Education

• Graduation in any discipline is required for this position.
