Flipkart Hiring for Manager (L&P) Invoicing at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Primary Resposnisbilities:

• Vendor onboarding and real time maintenance of different invoice databases
• Manage a portfolio of vendors of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for vendors
• Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like Vendor Helpdesk, Vendor Management, Procurement) for issue resolution
• Review and approve vendor invoice expense line items as per standard policies and guidelines
• Resolving invoicing exceptions by understanding the breakdown and working on solutions
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and prepare an outstanding report vendor wise with ageing
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on invoicing and payment issues
• Assist in resolving escalated discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Coordinate with vendors on a day-to-day basis for invoices, payments, reconciliations, submissions, etc

Additional Responsibilities

• Contact point for Regional teams/leads
• Collaborating with the Business Finance Managers for accrual, provision, and budget
• Produce accurate variance analysis reports (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast)
• Monitoring and maintenance of budget
• Work with the internal compliance and quality audit teams to ensure the set standards & procedures work as expected
• Ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) standards are met or exceeded
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements

What You’ll Need

• Post-graduation or a master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience with billing and accounts receivable processes
• 5+ years of people management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior managers as well as subject matter experts
• Managerial skills to handle problems and crisis in a confident and decisive manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience managing multiple vendor engagements and vendor service teams
