About Position
Regional managers oversee the work of operation managers and control & organise corporate operations over a given geographical area. Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in a given region.

- Conducting regular performance reviews
- Recruiting, training, and supporting Operation Managers
- Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals
