Flipkart Looking For Manager-Anti Corruption at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

All employees and third parties representing Company interests must always comply with the Global Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures. The anti-Corruption Compliance team drives the policy & procedures related to A/C for Flipkart Group.

Anti-Corruption (A/C) Compliance is responsible for managing the Anti-Corruption program, Third Party Intermediary (TPIs), understanding the vendor’s scope of work, reviewing contracts, Identify Government touch points, and ensuring A/C requirements are met.

You Are Responsible For

• Day-to-day management, execution, and oversight of key components of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for FK Group.
• Understand from the business unit the scope of work of vendors who will have any interaction with the government on behalf of the company and help business units identify Third-party intermediaries (TPI)
• Coordinate with the business unit to fill required due diligence appendices as per the Anti-Corruption procedure and get clarification on due diligence appendices.
• Initiate due diligence in the Global TPI Screening system and manages the due diligence process for third-party intermediaries (TPIs), Business Partners (BPs), and Donation Recipients. This includes a review of the due diligence reports for the ownership structure, Politically Exposed Persons (‘PEP’), pending cases/ litigations, market reputation, regulatory non-compliance, adverse media, and sanctions if any.
• Coordinate and follow up with Legal and Business Units to obtain executed contracts with the TPIs for record-keeping track all approved and rejected TPIs and circulate the MIS to relevant business units periodically.
• Track and send TPI certifications to all approved TPIs on an annual basis
• Track all the compliance violations and work on remediation
• Perform data analytics to see trends and work with business units on sustainable remediation of non-compliance.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

• Commerce or Law background with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience of working on vendor due diligence, reviewing due diligence reports, identifying red flags in due diligence, and resolving red flags through logical conclusions.
• A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism, and passion for excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and front-line associates.
• Demonstrable computer literacy with a specific ability to use MS Office, Internet-based applications, BI tools, and Data Analytics Skills.
