About The Role

As a Ground Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and driving service excellence. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling queries, managing ticketing processes, and coordinating smooth departures and arrivals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at passenger service counters
• Handle ticket sales, inquiries, and issue resolution with a strong focus on customer experience
• Ensure smooth coordination of vehicle arrivals and departures
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve on-ground challenges quickly
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and passenger data

About You

• 0–3 years of experience in direct sales, customer service, or operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in travel, mobility, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; additional regional languages are an advantage
