Flooratex rubber and plastics (P) Ltd Hiring for Accountant at Kāyankulam Full Time

We are on the lookout for an assistant accountant for our Finance Department.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Day-to-day account entries, verification, and transactions.
• Experience in statutory matters including finalization and filing of pf and esi returns.
• Should have knowledge of ESI. PF, and TDS.
• Should file GST returns in a timely manner.
• Should be able to provide a balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information and recommending financial actions.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner. Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in the database.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

A commerce graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in export and manufacturing orientated companies.

Should have a working knowledge of Tally, and GST.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
