Role Summary:
This role will carryout testing of high energy pumps, instrumentation and connection activities of electrical accessories at the shop while adhering to all SHEA guidelines and company policies. The ideal candidate should be an ITI in Electrical trade, and has 6-8 years of engineered pump assembly/testing experience in an MNC.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Position Requirements
Responsible for the following programs, activities, and reporting:
Ensure compliance to SHEA guidelines, applicable statutory regulations and other company policies.
Actively participate in productivity improvement, kaizen, lean practices and other programs & initiatives.
Carryout assembly activities at the shop as instructed by the supervisor and continually strive to achieve & exceed assigned targets
Collaborate with co-employees in accomplishing productivity improvement targets
Take ownership to maintaining 6S at the shop.
Any other activities that are assigned from time to time
Preferred Experience / Skills: same as above
