Role Summary: Project engineering of compressor gas seals and designing of conditioning equipment and seal gas panel. Generate and submit detailed techno commercial quotation of Gaspac seals systems according to specific customer requirements Preferred Experience / Skills: Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Instrumentation Engineering with Process (Petrochemical/Power) industry experience preferred OR Mechanical Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Mechatronics.

• Broad technical skills with the ability to solve problems in several technical domains.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, listening and facilitation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, effective team building with the ability to motivate & empower others.

• Proven ability to manage projects in a multitasking environment and drive them to completion.

• Strong Customer focus.

• Devolving responsibility and perform to the needs of growing business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in operations of Chemical Process industry/ EPC/ Instrumentation maintenance, Erection and commissioning.

• Willing to learn new product range.

• Should be well versed in reading customer spec. & making Seal selections, exceptions list etc.

• Engineering and Process knowledge of Instrumentation, Mechanical equipment & Components such as Heater, Filter, Cooler, valves, Pipes, Tubes etc.,

• Proficiency in Instrument sizing and selection, pricing and response to TQs while handling Techno-commercial bid.

• Process knowledge on selecting Control Valves and Regulators.

• Familiar with latest development of Instrumentation technology.

• Knowledge on Electrical wiring and control circuits.

• Processing Design calculations, sizing calculations and Gas Analysis.

• Expertise in preparing datasheets for Instruments and seal gas panel components.

• Proficiency in making P&ID’s using AutoCAD.

• Experience with mechanical seals, auxiliary sealing system or rotating equipment is preferred.

• Experience/ Knowledge in gas compressors platform is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of pressure vessel manufacturing, Welding, NDE is a credential.

• Strong team building, organization, administration, communication, problem solving, influencing and facilitating skills is required to manage and interact with all facility personnel, affiliates across globe and customers.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Design knowledge with proficiency in line sizing and Orifice calculations.

• Compliance of Engineering standards and requirements.

• Knowledge on Gas analysis.

• Evaluate customer bid requirements, specifications, and other pertinent data.

• Confer with quotation processing procedures & Export Compliance while making techno-commercial quotation.

• Understanding Mutatis mutandis of customer specification.

• Assure proposed products and services meets technical and performance requirements.

• Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.

• Prepare vendor RFQ and review of Techno-commercial bid involves Design, Sizing & Selection, Pricing and response to TQs.

• Facilitate relationship between proposals team, OE team and all other departments required to effectively develop and deliver project proposals.

• Selection of different types of Instruments for pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement. Junction box, Electrical wiring and cable tray.

• Selection of Filters, Control valve, Regulators and Bias type Regulators.

• Proficiency in Primary specifications review & extract on various mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical requirements.

• Proficiency in API 614 requirements.

• Proficiency in sizing calculations of seal gas panel and conditioning equipment’s, Dew point analysis.

• Adhering to the established business system procedures and guidelines in day-to-day business.

• Support commercial activities, signoff on customer commitments and pilot agreements.

• Work on special projects as required.

• Application engineering and designing of conditioning equipment & seal gas panel, which includes proper sizing and selection of hard wares, field Instruments, Thermal aids etc.

• Participation in company sponsored abroad training programs.
