Job Responsibilities

• Drive company sales and grow the business.
• Attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

Skill Sets Required

• 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
• Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
