Key Responsibilities:
· Create, edit, and update comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs.
· Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to understand product nuances.
· Ensure all documentation remains relevant with each product iteration and update.
· Incorporate diagrams, flowcharts, and multimedia elements to enhance user comprehension.
· Gather feedback from end-users to continuously refine and optimize documentation content.
· Help reduce the contact volume by helping customers self-serve their information needs.
· Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified experience to users.
