Title: Manager – Internal Innovation

Role: The automotive industry is undergoing disruption with significant changes in the technology and

Innovation landscape. As a Manager for Internal Innovation, you will support the team in driving the

initiatives towards strengthening the Innovation culture within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely working with Department Innovation Ambassadors & Innovation Management team

towards driving the Innovation initiatives within the organization

• Drive events, campaigns, competence development programs to enhance Innovation quotient

of the organization

• Support in digitalization & development of Innovation Management tool

 Interface with Business Leaders to monitor & report the Innovation KPIs

 Support strategic initiatives to accelerate Innovation & Intrapreneurship through activities

including user desirability validation, MVP creation, market validation, business viability and go

to market strategy.

 Work closely with business support functions towards contract management, Innovation

branding etc.

 MBA/Management graduate from Reputed Management School with 3-6 years of Experience in

Project management at strategic level initiatives

 Extremely good communication skills

 Previous Experience in Innovation & Technology Management is most desirable
