For a Client of Teamlease Digital Hiring for Procurement Executive at Bangalore Full Time
Job Description
• Candidates should have preliminary experience in procurement of goods and services/indirect procurement/capital goods.
• Experience in procurement of IT/Engineering Services, IT Hardware, software, facility services, Lab equipment would be added advantage
• Supporting buyers in tactical buying, floating RPQ’s, creation of Purchase Orders. • Exposure to Commodity specific supplier base and understanding of supplier selection criteria • Strong documentation acumen, basic to moderate Negotiations skills
• To ensure that all goods & services are purchased for the organization achieving the objectives: Best value; In-time Delivery; Minimized investment
• Adhere to Global Procurement policies
• Alignment of procurement activities with user departments and managing stake holders
Qualifications:
• Education: Commerce graduate/Post-graduate/MBA
• No of Years: 3-5 years
• Experience: Purchase, Negotiation, Process knowledge, Supplier interactions • Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)
Strong communication skills , excel + power-point skills, stakeholder management
