Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy end to end RPA workflows for business process using tools like

Microsoft Power Automate, Power apps, Dataverse or Uipath.

2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze and understand automation

requirements.

3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop scalable automation solutions.

4. Leverage Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions) to

enhance RPA capabilities.

5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers in designing and implementing RPA

solutions.

6. Review code and workflows to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

7. Analyze and resolve complex issues in existing automation workflows.

8. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed RPA solutions.

9. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for RPA workflows and integrations.

10. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

11. Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA tools, Python libraries, Azure

technologies, and industry trends. Contribute to building a culture of automation and

innovation within the organization.

12. Assess project requirements to determine the most suitable approach.

13. Implement automation solutions using Python for faster and more complex workflows, or

VBA/Power Query for Excel-related tasks where appropriate. Ensure the chosen solution is

efficient, reliable, and meets the project goals.
