Responsibility:

• Ensure target achievement
• Consistent dealer servicing
• Maintain strong relationship with dealers/ sub dealers
• Identify new accounts (dealers/sub-dealers) for penetration & growth in assigned district(s)
• Ensure dealer activation ratio is healthy (Active: Inactive Dealers)
• Ensure payment collections within time frame
• Collect market intelligence w.r.t our presence, service v/s competitors
• Collect prospective leads from current network
• Support Technical team with planning, execution of influencer engagement programs

Essential Qualification

Minimum Qualification : – MBA (Marketing) or any equivalent qualification (Preferred), Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (Preferred – Marketing, Sales or related field)

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)

Experience: – +3 Years (Building Materials(Steel,cement ) preferred)

Good communication skills : Hindi (Mandatory) verbal & written

English – verbal and written.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
