Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Chatbot that involves designing, coding the chatbot’s logic, integration, and testing.
• Performance testing using the metrics, such as error rate, response time, retention, and conversion rates, and use them to improve your chatbot.
• Technical analysis and documentation.

Technical skills

• Familiar using the third-party platform such as Cognigy or similar, if not familiar with Cognigy then candidate should be willing to learn Cognigy.
• Good hands-on in Python and JavaScript programming
• Good hands-on in Excel for data manipulation or reports generation.
• Able to understand and handle REST APIs
• Experienced with JSON Schema
• Hands-on with Git & Github
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence
• HTML and CSS

Other skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with Agile methodology or have worked in Agile team setup
• Insurance domain knowledge would be an advantage, Willingness to learn new tools and technology.
