Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Chatbot that involves designing, coding the chatbot’s logic, integration, and testing.
- Performance testing using the metrics, such as error rate, response time, retention, and conversion rates, and use them to improve your chatbot.
- Technical analysis and documentation.
Technical skills
- Familiar using the third-party platform such as Cognigy or similar, if not familiar with Cognigy then candidate should be willing to learn Cognigy.
- Good hands-on in Python and JavaScript programming
- Good hands-on in Excel for data manipulation or reports generation.
- Able to understand and handle REST APIs
- Experienced with JSON Schema
- Hands-on with Git & Github
- Familiar with Jira and Confluence
- HTML and CSS
Other skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Familiar with Agile methodology or have worked in Agile team setup
- Insurance domain knowledge would be an advantage, Willingness to learn new tools and technology.
