Job Description

Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, top management, and global counterparts to drive business objectives on multiple projects
• Create synergies between various departments and personality types.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, detailing digital initiatives’ progress and outcomes.
• Track timelines, milestones, and budgets of individual projects
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure seamless progress
• Review the current processes and make recommendations to improve, and simplify, after gaining a deep understanding of business, people, and resources.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing cross functional teams (~200-300 emp) (digital operations, Content Operations, SEO & SEM teams etc), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work with different global team leads to set clear objectives and goals for team members, ensuring alignment with company vision and individual growth.
• Understand and monitor the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive development and excellence.
• Run regular performance audits and supervise team leads of different silos.
• Review financial information and plan operational budgets/costs to promote profitability
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions.
• Manage contracts and relations with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Requirements:

• Worked in global role for over 10+ years
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Operations, with at least 5-7 years of experience in successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality projects at scale preferably for high-traffic content-driven websites, eCommerce/internet, online media, or software companies.
• Strong project management experience and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic fast-paced environment. While also maintaining timely communication and attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret digital performance metrics.
• Should possess excellent quantitative and analytical abilities, with an affinity to work on large datasets. And should be able to generate actionable insights from

data analysis that translates to valuable business decisions.

• Proven knowledge of website structure and design, as well as marketing strategies and workflow models
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity on new projects/markets and able to run seamless operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
