Hands on experience with Agile process

Maintain Backlogs in Rally

Provide strong technical and analytical skills to ensure success of CSF/KPI defined

Flexible to work in 24X7 support & development

Possess adequate amount of knowledge in promotion and deployment of routine fixes, contents and major releases into a production environment

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the environment from both a technical and process perspective. Work with the technical teams to finalize the recommendations, and take this to management and other stake holders for approval. Working with the Shared Services, Business owners, Application Development team, plan, implement and participate in the support of the solutions.

Support processes to meet the security and control perspectives.

Should have good learning agility to cross train in related technology applications and be able to balance the priorities between the applications.
