  • Handle request received for Creation/Modification of Non-Prod codes AP, EU & NA region
  • Handle multiple email boxes on query emails for AP, EU & NA region.
  • Ensure proper RCA is prepared, Corrective Actions taken, and close TGW’s within internal time lines as and when required
  • Timely submission of Monthly & Daily Metrics.
  • Interacting with various stake holders and clear open request within timeline.
  • Handling of Audit queries.
