1. Lead/Support GCT/GCST reviews and approvals for IMG program sourcing.

2. Manage all cost changes from sourcing to launch.

3. Represent IMG Purchasing on global commodity strategy / BUR assessment alignment;

4. Lead regional TVM negotiation and MYA finalization.

5. Manage regional supplier risks.

6. Enhance healthy relationship with suppliers for mutual success on business.

7. Work with country Purchasing on PO/TO timely release for new parts/QoP and TVM claims.

8. Bachelor with 3+ years experiences

9. Production Purchasing experience in Automotive industry （EE/power supply experience preferred).

10. Adequate technical knowledge on Electrical commodities.

11. Strong strategic thinking in supplier base management.

12. Strong problem-solving capabilities.

13. Strong communication skills in English with cross functional teams.

14. Extensive experience on supply risk management

15. Commodity sourcing experience. Supplier strategy development experience (GCBP etc.)

16. Comprehensive knowledge in Purchasing procedures and Program launch milestones (GPDS)

17. Ability to work under pressure
