1. To access and handle the requests received in EUC SharePoint site.

2. To help teams in creating or modifying new Macros.

3. To understand the logic of each Macro and document the same.

4. To manage all the EUC as per Ford Credit procedure requirement.

5. To connect with requestors for queries and clarifications.

6. To prepare the inventory of all Macros.

7. To append the inventory on addition of new Macros.

8. Prepare Desk procedures for EUCs / Spread sheets created as per requirements from Ford Credit procedure and Spread sheet controls FM

9. To support all the Spread sheet used in Ford Credit FCGBC – ACE teams.

10. Develop and Design new metrics from scratch which can be shared to the customer in order to create a reporting metrics.

11. Support the team in rewriting the EUC Macros in the event of changes to Input sources or Procedural changes

12. Plans for review of process to be shared with our customer
