Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Proficiency in Ariba (SAP)
2+ years of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in procurement
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to extrapolate insights from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Detail-oriented, with ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Skill teams to ensure timely creation of purchase requisitions in Ariba/CPARS
Manage order-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, also to support audit requirements if any
Provide administrative support for procurement and accounting departments if required
Validate & book the Invoices in Ariba system to facilitate supplier payments
Address the email queries from the Internal departments and external suppliers
