Software Engineer – Mainframe
Analye and understnd the current process of the application to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the clients and the technical team.
Identifying the gaps in the system and recommend effective solutions
Working with client to prioritize and rationalize the requirements
Analyze and review the actual service performance against SLAs, OLAs and KPIs for service areas that are within the scope
Provides consultation to application owners, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short term technical solutions that meet business requirements
Identifying and documenting all business, technical, product and process requirements.
Ensure the Incident Management processes are followed by managing the incidents from creation through resolution as well as daily incident analysis reports.
