Job Description: 
Responsibility for Maintenance of All Macnine of Machine shop.
Responsibility of monitoring for All Machine Cleanness.
To Maintain Log Book for Maintenance of Machine
To Make Planning of Raw Material & Semi finish Material as per Purchase Order for CNC/ VMC Jobs
To Maintain Log Book Of Daily Job Work
To Prepare Required all Jigs & Fixture of Job
Responsibility to give Material on Time as per require date of purchase order.
To Co-ordinate with Planning and Purchase Department for Job Related Issue.
Responsibility of Proper Utilisation of Tools & accessories.
To store Raw Material and semi finish Material at Proper Location.
To Maintain all Tools & Inserts inventory.
Responsibility of Quality to Finish Job as per drawing.
To Achieve Maximum Production Target as per give per month.
To give costing of CNC/ VMC Jobs to Purchase Department
To give Report for any Damage or wastage of Material, Tool & Insert.
To Prepare Job in minimum Time with maximum utilisation of Insert for all Machine..
To do the Analyses for machine cycle time of job.
To follow Company Rules & regulation as Nominated.
To check the quality of all parts (salfQC ) produc on CNC/VMC machine and Maintain Register/data of Rejction.
To maintain the work load Register.

Candidate Requirement

Candidate should have Diploma or BE in Mechanical with minimum 4 years of experience to manage CNC and VMC Machines Operations.
Team Handling experience will be added advantage..

Experience: 
3 – 5 years

Qualification: 
Diploma in Engineering, Graduate in Engineering

Compensation Details 

Salary: 
2.00 Lakh to 3.50 inr
