Position is a Web / Desktop Developer for a critical Plant Floor Application that supports both Web and Desktop Clients on a Linux W/ Oracle DB Platform. There is a variety of new development and maintenance in all Application Segments. Web client foundation utilizes a Zebra Android device and the Ford Corporate cell Phone. The Desktop Client utilizes Ford Global client Windows 10 foundations.

• Application Development and Support

Graduate with

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .Net 4.0 or above and Oracle DB technologies

• Good exposure in Windows application and web application design and build functions.

• Good understanding of Windows server and Oracle DB configurations and limitations/advantages of each tech stack

• Good analytical and debugging skills.

• Quick and self-learner who can understand the application functions and code base with minimal knowledge transfer.

• Experience in handling incident tickets and remediations in high pressure environments with tight SLAs.

• Self-starter who takes accountability and owns the process and team objectives.

• Good oral and written communication skills who can communicate clearly with global business users .

• Good understanding of Product Driven Organization (PDO) model, Agile methodology and ceremonies.

• Good to have experience in Manufacturing IT portfolio who can understand the manufacturing business jargons and processes fast.
