Ford Motor Company Hiring for Supplier Helpdesk Analyst at Chennai, India Full Time

• Handling supplier calls & emails – by following the etiquettes appropriately

• Perform deep dive analysis for all queries in emails / calls / tickets and provide complete resolution

• Work closely with operating teams if there is a delay in processing payment

• Daily reporting of count/ status of calls & emails handled

• Collate metrics and publish to management on a regular basis

• Support supplier trainings on digital tools and support new system launches (IERP)

• Improve digital tools utilization by suppliers and aim towards email reduction

• Coordinate within the team for completing common objectives

• Flexible to work in night shift permanently

• Good oral and written communication with ability to communicate in neutral accent and fluency in English language

• Knowledge on basic email and call etiquettes

• Orientation towards customer satisfaction

• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand impact to financials

• Hold experience of using MS Office Tools

• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and plan assignments concurrently

• Good interpersonal skills – develop a connect with work partners on/off location

• Quick adaptability, flexibility and holding short learning curve

• Foreign language German / French (B2 level completion) is an added advantage (not mandatory)

B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience

MBA / CMA Inter / CA Inter with / without experience
