Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
• Enter data information into the appropriate databases
• Proactively verify data through source documents
• Monitor and update existing data when required
• Retrieve data for team members upon request
• Perform data searches
• Comply with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored

• Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience as data entry specialist
• with eCommerce experience, preferred
• Able to work with other members of the team
• Meticulous and pay high attention to details
• Excellent strong oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ensure that the company’s best interests are represented including profitability, and cost control
• Comfortable with US hours
• Comfortable working ~50 to 60 hours a week routinely.
