Customer Support Agent Job Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries over the phone, chat and email (Inbound & Outbound).
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and comments on a daily basis and determine corrective action for the high-call volume department.
• Review and verify transactions to ensure proper processing according as per defined quality standards.
• Process transactions, including money transfers and withdrawals, data entry to update in tools.
• Hands on CRM and internal portals to access customer details and databases.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Follow up calls with customers when necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Escalate the cases on the basis of severity and capture the feedback.

Qualification:

• Diploma Holders to Any Graduates from recognized University

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in BPO (Email, Chat, Inbound & Outbound)

• Preference would be given to the candidates who has experience from financial services BPO’s (Banking & Insurance)

Languages and Proficiency:

• English & Hindi (Very Good), Kannada and any of south language

• Very good in Written Communication (English & Hinglish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
