Forum is an Indo-Dutch firm helping hospitals improve the patient experience. We work with hospitals in improving the patient experience and help the hospitals convert their patients into brand ambassadors of the hospitals. We use concepts from consumer behavior, psychology, and the latest in hospitality services to improve the emotional connection of businesses with their customers.
Job Summary:
The role is a mix of business analyst and human resource associate. A self driven candidate to actively engage with customers to ensure the highest quality of service. This person will directly work with the founding team to establish systems/processes and execute them effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Setting up a new system, testing and creating tickets for the issues.
– Providing system and process support to customers
– Preparing invoices, salary sheets, and making travel arrangements when and where required.
– Keeping a track of all the financials and payments from customers
– Playing a key role in hiring and monitoring the work of interviewers
– Onboarding new employees and setting up their work accounts
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/processes at the same time, and prioritize effectively
– Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with all levels of staff
– Open to travel on need basis
Preferred Qualifications:
– Education qualifications: B.com (IT), BBA
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
– Past work in admin and IT will be a bonus.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
