Job Description – Level 2 Engineer
Certification – CCNA and CCNPTroubleshoot highly complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer servicesTroubleshoot and resolve highly complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliersHands-on experience on troubleshooting Cisco ASR, ISR routers, 4600 and 6500 switches, MERAKI wireless controllersGood Knowledge of Routing & Switching Protocol, Network Monitoring and remote management toolsExperience in handling CISCO L3 and L2 Devices.Knowledge in MPLS and VPN networks.Hands-on knowledge and working experience in Security Productions such as ASA ,FTD, Checkpoint Firewall and WSA appliance.F5 load balance knowledge and working experience would be added advantage.Expertise in CISCO switch ( 4500,6500 and 9500 + Nexus would be added advantage)Maintaining and taking the periodical backup of all the IT Components.Designing, updating the WAN & LAN diagrams & documenting the Network detailsCreation of MOP/SOP and responsible for change managementResponsible for technical documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge databaseProactive Monitoring of Solarwind
