Job Description

. Edu – BE /B Tech Mechanical. Exp – 4-6 years in Quality. Should be Aware of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Good verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal skills. Quality control or internal auditor certification advantageous.Manage all quality related activities. Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance. Coordinate customer visits and audits. Handle customer complaints and on time response with actions and improvements. Monitor QMS standards IATF 16949:2016 as well as ISO 9001:2015. Review safety performances as per ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Track daily/monthly quality performance and reports to HQ. Define yearly quality targets in coordination with HQ. Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training / development for quality inspectors and technician for the related products. Data Analysis and Statistical Process control. Process control and internal audits. Review whole process control system through quarterly review of process and product or FMEA. Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement. Direct involvement in new child parts and new products localization processes. New sample submission to customers and to HQ (for new products) and acquiring test reports from HQ laboratory. PPAP submission. Change management in coordination with HQ. Whole documentation control and issue process in coordination with document control centre, HQ. Email and telephonic communication with anyone within the group companies in whenever required.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to INR450,000.00 per yearSchedule:
