Job Description:
Senior FEA Engineer/FEA Analyst

industry – Auto/Heavy Machinery / Construction Equipment Industry.

Qualification: BE Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engg

Total no of work experience: 3-6 Years.

CTC – 4 to 8 yrs depends on experience

Notice – 1 Month

Roles and Responsibilities:
Good Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Theory & Practices.

Strong Mechanical/Structural Engineering fundamentals.

Good Understanding of Stress, vibration & Fatigue theory and Experience.

Experience in carrying out Linear /Nonlinear Stress, Thermal & dynamic (Modal/Harmonic/Random) Analysis.

Must have hands on experience on Ansys Workbench/ Ansys APDL.

Must have hands on experience on Design modeler + Solidworks/Creo.

Must have hands on experience on Design report Preparation.

Must have experience in handling large Loading data and its combinations.

Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication (Welding) + Casting + Forging + Machining.
