1.Prepare and raise purchase orders ,Invoices and order schedules
2.Followup with factory to confirm the quality and quantity of material received as per purchase 3.Prepare reports and updates as and when required
4.Negotiate with vendors regarding rates and payments terms of material
5.Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
6. Coordinating with Accounts department for making payments.
7. Coordinating with suppliers to submit proper invoices once material is dispatched
8.Should maintain proper documents like price list, catalogue, trade, journals to find out best possible market.

Required Skills

1.Min experience of 3 years in account and purchase
2.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
3.Having Good working knowledge in Google sheets,MS-Office (word & excel) and mail Transactions.
4.Good Computer Knowledge
5.Good typing speed

Desired Skills

1. Knowledge of industrial or technical equipment is added advantage.
2. Should have prior experience in material handling industry preferred Fruits & Vegetables/Perishables industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per month
